If you are a business partner, supplier, university, or client, “Information” shall further include your organization details such as registration number, GST, incorporation certificate, address, and other identifiers.
“Sensitive Personal Data or Information” (SPDI) shall include, as defined under SPDI Rules:
  • Passwords
  • Financial information (bank, credit/debit details, UPI, etc.)
  • Physical/mental health information
  • Sexual orientation
  • Medical history
  • Biometric data
  • Remuneration or salary details
  • Any information received for processing under lawful contract
“You” / “Your” / “User” means any person accessing or using our Platform or otherwise engaging with HC Robotics.

APPLICABILITY

This Privacy Policy applies to:
  • Any user, customer, vendor, or visitor of the HC Robotics Platform.
  • Every employee, consultant, vendor, supplier, or individual having a contractual relationship with HC Robotics.

HC Robotics will take all reasonable steps to ensure confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

DATA SHARING & ACCESS

HC Robotics may disclose Information:
  • To third-party service providers for payroll, audit, compliance, or hosting support
  • To our affiliates or subsidiaries, after giving prior notice

DATA PURGING
